Meet McKenzie, our remarkable office manager! McKenzie successfully completed her dental assisting education in 2018 and began her journey in the dental field at Palm Valley Family Dentistry. Over the years, she has diligently worked her way up to the esteemed position of office manager, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and leadership within our office. As a dedicated member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers, McKenzie continuously strives for professional growth and industry knowledge to ensure top-notch service for our patients. McKenzie’s commitment to efficiency is unwavering, ensuring our practice runs smoothly and our team is well-equipped for success. McKenzie and her husband live in Green Cove Springs, FL with their two daughters. When not at the office, her heart is happiest when out boating, enjoying the thrill of mudding, and cherishing quality time with her family.

Meet Hannah, our dedicated Patient Care Coordinator with over 5 years of front desk experience, thriving in a positive work environment where she can connect with wonderful patients daily. Outside of work, she cherishes spending time at the beach, taking her dog Remy on walks, and exploring new restaurants, especially when tacos are on the menu. A lover of mystery books and country music, Hannah finds joy in both relaxing hobbies and exciting culinary adventures, balancing her professional life with a vibrant personal one.

Meet Kristin, our seasoned Patient Care Coordinator with over 24 years of experience in the dental field, where she thrives alongside a fabulous team of doctors and enjoys interacting with wonderful patients daily. Outside of work, she cherishes family time with her three children, often spending sunny days boating, at the beach, or by the pool. A devoted fan of Kenny Chesney, Kristin also relishes simple pleasures like snacking on chips and salsa, blending her love for relaxation and fun seamlessly into her life.

Meet Amber, a dedicated and personable dental hygienist from Jacksonville, Florida. Amber graduated from FSU Hygiene School in 2019, and then she joined the Palm Valley Family Dentistry team in January 2022. Amber’s relaxed and engaging demeanor instantly puts her patients at ease, ensuring a comfortable experience from the moment they sit in her chair. Her commitment to educating patients on oral health and guiding them towards a confident smile is evident in her passionate approach to care. Beyond her professional life, Amber finds joy in spending quality time with her husband and two daughters, unwinding by the pool, and exploring new culinary delights in the local dining scene.

Meet Jackie, an amazing hygienist with over 14 years of experience in the dental field. Having initially started as a dental assistant, Jackie’s passion led her to pursue a hygiene degree, cementing her commitment to dental care and patient education. Returning to our team after a hiatus, Jackie’s dedication shines through in her enthusiasm for meeting new patients and reconnecting with familiar faces. Originally from Northeast Tennessee, she has called Jacksonville home for over 16 years and enjoys unwinding with friends and finding humor in everyday moments. An avid runner and aspiring golfer, she approaches challenges with a positive attitude, bringing her best to each endeavor. We are thrilled to have Jackie back with us, enriching our practice with her expertise and genuine care for our team and patients.

Meet Kelley, a vital member of our extraordinary hygiene team, whose warm, upbeat, and gentle demeanor never fails to illuminate every room she enters. Originally from Neptune Beach, Florida, Kelley’s journey to becoming a hygienist began as a dental assistant, propelling her to pursue higher education in the field. Graduating with a Dental Hygiene Degree from FSCJ in Jacksonville after studying Nutrition and Chemistry at FSU, Kelley now treasures the opportunity to impart knowledge and emphasize the importance of oral health to her patients. Witnessing the transformative impact of oral health on the lives of her patients is a source of profound satisfaction in Kelley’s fulfilling career.

Meet Alivia, a passionate Dental Hygienist who was born in Jacksonville and grew up in Maryland. She made St. Augustine her home in 2021 and joined our team in June 2024. A proud graduate of Tallahassee State College Dental Hygiene School, Alivia is committed to helping her patients achieve their best oral health. Her favorite part of the job is witnessing patient transformations, whether through improved home care, our services at the office, or a combination of both. Alivia finds great joy in making a positive impact on her patients’ lives. Outside of work, Alivia enjoys a variety of activities, including reading, kayaking, snorkeling, attending concerts, and, of course, spending time with her three rescue dogs. Her commitment to patient care makes her a valuable addition to our team.

Meet Stephanie, a dedicated Dental Hygienist, takes pride in working alongside an incredible team of doctors and coworkers, fostering a supportive environment for both staff and patients alike. Her warm and caring nature shines as she helps patients feel at ease during their visits, ensuring they leave with smiles and comfort. Beyond the office, Stephanie cherishes her role as a mom to three energetic little boys and is deeply passionate about volunteering for the non-profit she founded to support individuals affected by her rare pregnancy condition. In her downtime, she’s an avid Taylor Swift fan and enjoys exploring gluten-free cuisine, blending her love for music and food into her busy yet fulfilling life.

Meet Kim, a dedicated and passionate dental assistant with over 20 years of experience in the dental field. As a graduate from The Academy of Dental Technology, Kim’s enthusiasm for new advancements in dental technology is evident as she continually pushes herself to learn innovative ways to assist the dental team. She takes pride in educating her patients on their evolving dental needs and values each person’s unique case. Kim, her husband, daughter and their sweet, loveable rescue dogs relocated from Virginia Beach to St. Augustine, Florida in 2021. Kim enjoys kayaking, snorkeling, beach outings, and concerts. Through her commitment to excellence and genuine care, Kim embodies a professional who brings both skill and warmth to her work every day.

Meet Tiara, an enthusiastic Dental Assistant who brings a burst of positive energy to the office every day! Originally from Miami, Tiara relocated to Jacksonville and graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2023, shortly after she joined our team. Her passion for dental care shines through in her commitment to creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for every patient. Outside the office, Tiara lives life to the fullest! She’s a proud dog mom to two adorable pups, Dior and Sarayah, and when she’s not spoiling them, you can find her dancing her heart out in class, tending to her garden, whipping up new recipes in the kitchen, or indulging in some retail therapy. Family time is her ultimate joy, making her life as vibrant as her personality!

Meet Maddie, a diligent Dental Assistant. Maddie joined our team in August 2024 bringing with her a passion for patient care and a bright smile. Maddie graduated from Bartram Dental Assisting School in 2019 and is currently furthering her education in the dental field at FSCJ. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with patients, hearing their stories, and helping them smile more—while also enjoying the camaraderie with her fellow staff members. Maddie’s enthusiasm for dentistry extends beyond her professional life; it’s truly one of her hobbies, and she loves working in this rewarding field. In her free time, Maddie enjoys attending sports events and concerts, often with her husband, Andrew, and her family. Maddie believes she proudly holds the title of the biggest Dolly Parton fan, always ready to celebrate the iconic singer’s music and legacy.

Meet Jaimy, an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, has been a valuable member of our team for the past three months, where she thrives alongside her fantastic coworkers and enjoys connecting with patients. Her passion lies in helping patients feel at ease and confident about their smiles, making it the highlight of her role. Outside of work, Jaimy loves spending her free time relaxing at the beach, binge-watching her favorite TV show, Friends, and indulging in bean and cheese burritos, which she considers a personal favorite treat. Her positive attitude and dedication to patient care make her an integral part of our dental family.

Abby is a dedicated dental assistant who finds joy in helping patients feel at ease and proud of their smiles, encouraging them to share their happiness more often. Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle, including fishing, four-wheeling, and playing the guitar, often accompanied by her golden retriever, Goose. A passionate music lover, Abby is a fan of country tunes and proudly identifies as a Swiftie, cherishing Taylor Swift’s music. Her free time is also filled with laughter and memories made while spending quality moments with friends.
