At Palm Valley Family Dentistry, we accept dental insurance as a courtesy to our patients and will file claims on your behalf. To help us verify your benefits and network status before your visit, please provide your insurance details in advance. Our experienced team is happy to answer questions about your plan or assist with claims. Keep in mind that dental insurance benefits can vary greatly, even between plans from the same company.

Patients often ask why Palm Valley Family Dentistry chooses to be out-of-network with most dental insurance plans. The answer is simple: it allows us to put your care first.

Being out-of-network does not mean you cannot use your dental insurance at our office. We still work with most PPO dental plans, submit claims on your behalf, and help you understand and maximize the benefits available to you. Learn more about what it means to be out-of-network. 

For patients looking for an alternative to traditional dental insurance, we also offer an In-Office Membership Plan that includes preventive care and savings on additional treatment.

The difference is that we are not contracted with your insurance company. This allows our doctors to maintain clinical independence and recommend care based on your individual needs—not based on what an insurance company chooses to cover or reimburse.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and offer financing through CareCredit.
